Job Title: Business Growth Strategist
The role of a Business Growth Strategist is to drive sales growth within Fund Channel's Business Development department.
* Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing clients and revenues on assigned markets in collaboration with internal and group resources.
* This involves:
1. Identifying and targeting prospective clients across various sectors including retail banks, private banks, wealth managers, insurance companies, asset managers, etc.
2. Collaborating closely with Group stakeholders to gather intelligence on accounts, prospects, and general market activity, and develop effective approaches for generating opportunities.
3. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, and closing opportunities.
4. Positioning our solutions as the optimal choice for potential clients by effectively communicating their value proposition.
5. Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the industry, providing valuable insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
6. Achieving consistent performance against individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the asset management and fund distribution market, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory landscape. A proven track record of success in a sales role for a distribution platform, asset manager, or securities services provider is essential.
Required skills include:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
* Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is a strong preference.
* Willingness/ability to travel within Europe as required.
