You Have What It Takes?
* A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales.
* A strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluency in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures.
* A comfortable analytical mindset and willingness to travel internationally as required.
