About the Company:
We are partnering with a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider to look for a Business Development Lead based in Germany.
This role will be a consultant contract / service contract role that is paid with monthly service fee plus commission. The ideal candidate should be an experienced BD/ Sales professional in EMS/OEM field with exisiting network. This role will be primarily based in Germany but requires travel based on the sales needs (when necessary). This role is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive new customer acquisition and explore untapped market opportunities within the EMS sector
2. Utilize an established client network to accelerate business expansion (highly desired)
3. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals on the service contract to ensure effective execution of growth strategies
4. Oversee the full business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
5. Identify and evaluate new partnerships and alliances to support long-term business goals
6. Prepare compelling proposals and client presentations for new business pitches
7. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth from new accounts
Skills & Experiences required:
8. Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
9. Proven network and track record within the Electronics Manufacturing Services or relevant industries
10. Strong leadership skills with experience managing business development teams
11. Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent business acumen
12. Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, such as PCBA
13. Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management skills, organised and great time management should also be essential for this role
14. Business travels may be necessary depends on sales needs
15. Fluency in English, German or any other languages
