Your Responsibilities
Conducting discovery meetings to capture and identify the client’s complex business requirements and operational goals, with recommendations for automationIdentifying areas for improvement in business processes and finding potential IT solutions that align with the IT strategySupport the IT Product Manager in product / service planning based on customer requirementsDeveloping customer-focused documentation outlining current challenges, future requirements, and benefitsDefining and developing necessary specification documents, being reviewed with stakeholders and members of the product teamMonitoring external business trends to better meet business needsServe as a connector between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementationEnsure the integrity of the delivered solutionYour Profile:
Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparableSeveral years of professional experience in Finance, Informatics, Customer Service and Project ManagementGood knowledge in Project ManagementFluent German and English skills spoken and writtenYour Partner:
