Your Responsibilities
7. Conducting discovery meetings to capture and identify the client’s complex business requirements and operational goals, with recommendations for automation
8. Identifying areas for improvement in business processes and finding potential IT solutions that align with the IT strategy
9. Support the IT Product Manager in product / service planning based on customer requirements
10. Developing customer-focused documentation outlining current challenges, future requirements, and benefits
11. Defining and developing necessary specification documents, being reviewed with stakeholders and members of the product team
12. Monitoring external business trends to better meet business needs
13. Serve as a connector between product management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation
14. Ensure the integrity of the delivered solution
Your Profile:
15. Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable
16. Several years of professional experience in Finance, Informatics, Customer Service and Project Management
17. Good knowledge in Project Management
18. Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
