THE TEAM AND ROLE As a Change Manager (all genders) you will play a key role in supporting hospitals during the introduction of our Avelios software solution. This is a highly operational and people-centered position with on-site presence in hospitals. You will accompany clinical end users throughout trainings, go-lives, and hypercare phases and act as a central interface between hospital stakeholders and internal implementation teams. Your success will be measured by smooth transitions, high user acceptance, and stable operations after go-live. This role includes frequent travel to customer sites.
