Your Role:
* Own the commercial, operational, and cultural performance of the store
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences
* Champion CRM and clienteling strategies to drive customer loyalty and long-term value
* Ensure operational excellence across stock, visual merchandising, and team standards
* Act as a brand ambassador - representing heritage, discretion, and luxury service standards
* Build a values-led culture that celebrates individuality, inclusion, and excellence
What You Bring:
* 4+ years of experience in a luxury retail leadership role (Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager)
* Proven success in driving store performance through clienteling and customer loyalty initiatives
* Commercial acumen with confidence in using KPIs to inform decisions
* A hands-on, visible leadership style - coaching and inspiring teams day-to-day
* Fluent in English - this is essential
* German language skills are a strong plus
* Composed, professional, and passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences
