Key Responsibilities

* Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up as needed.

* Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
* Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce setting, is highly desirable.
