Who will you join?
IT Demand Management Function: We facilitate the identification, assessment, and prioritization of IT demands to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. Our process ensures that all IT demands are evaluated for feasibility, impact, and value addition.
How can you make an impact?
You will:
* Gather IT demands from business owners and submit them to AZ Tech
* Facilitate proposal prioritization based on business impact, urgency, strategic value, and expected benefits
* Ensure proper management of IT Demands along their lifecycle in strong collaboration with AZ Tech Account Manager
* Coordinate with Business Owners, Enterprise Architecture team, and safeguarding functions to ensure compliance activities are completed before Business Application launch
* Update and maintain the IT Demand process in ADONIS, ensuring adherence by all stakeholders
* Conduct IT and IS compliance questionnaires to ensure the IT Demand process meets documented controls
* Identify information risks and ensure their transfer to information risk management
What are you made of?
* University degree or equivalent (IT, Business Administration, Engineering)
* 2–4 years operational business and/or consultancy experience
* Experience in project and program management methods
* High willingness to learn and develop
* Strong team player, assertive, able to work under pressure
* Analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and implementation skills
* Communication and conflict management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
* Insurance business experience and international work/study experience appreciated
* Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
* Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
