We are seeking aSenior Hardware Electronics Engineerto join our Industrialization team and contribute to the development of reliable, high-performance electronics for professional audio systems. This role is pivotal in bridging R&D and production, ensuring that hardware designs are robust, scalable, and optimized for manufacturing and testing.
You will lead the design and implementation of test benches, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement in hardware reliability and performance. You will also play a key role in monitoring industry trends, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to deliver world-class audio solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, implement, and validatehardware test benchesfor audio amplifier production using CAD tools (Altium, etc.).
2. SupportNew Product Introduction (NPI)by adapting R&D designs for scalable and cost-effective manufacturing.
3. Develop and optimizePCBs, analog/digital circuits, and electronic interfaces for industrialization.
4. Organize and oversee pre seriesproduction and testingprocesses.
5. Write and maintaintechnical documentationfor internal and external stakeholders.
6. Drivecross-functional communicationwith R&D, Production, Purchasing, and external contractors.
7. Investigate and resolvehardware-related issuesduring development and production.
8. Monitor the electronics industry to identify and integrateinnovative technical solutions.
9. Ensurecompliance with EMC, electrical safety, and certification standards.
10. Focus onreliability and performanceas top priorities in design and implementation.
11. Coach and support other team members within the team.
Your Profile
12. Master’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Electronics.
13. 5-10 years of experiencein Electronics hardware development, audio industry is a plus.
14. Proven expertise in:Analog/digital circuit design, PCB layout, and simulation (e.g., SPICE).DSP, FPGA, power electronics, and component technologies.Lab equipment(oscilloscopes, audio analyzers, RF analyzers, etc.).EMC and electrical safetystandards.
15. Familiarity withautomation tools(LabVIEW, …)
16. Coding knowledge inC, Python, …is a strong asset.
17. Goodsoldering skillsand hands-on troubleshooting capabilities.
18. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to workautonomously and cross-functionally.
19. Fluent inEnglish(spoken and written);German or Frenchis a plus.
20. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and methods.
