The AC will serve as the primary contact for employees during the accommodation process, requiring exceptional communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and customer service skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accommodation reviews to ensure compliance and support employee requestsServe as a subject matter expert on accommodations and disability lawsCoordinate the accommodation process and manage cases end-to-endCollaborate with stakeholders to approve or deny accommodationsWork with leave of absence case managersCommunicate decisions, disseminate Job Accommodation Records, and support implementationEducate employees and HR on complex return-to-work and accommodation processesMaintain high-volume case loads and accurate recordsProvide training to employees, managers, and HRPartner with third-party administrators, legal, payroll, and other departmentsParticipate in projects within the DLS programMaintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assignedTravel as appropriateBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fieldExperience supporting employees with benefits, leave, or employee relationsProficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPointFluent in German (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR)Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of disability laws and BEM case managementStrong time management, organization, and communication skillsAbility to work with all levels of the organizationExperience providing disability-related consultation and trainingCustomer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a dynamic environmentAmazon is an equal opportunity employer.
