Your responsibilities:
1. Define and drive the strategic roadmap for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) across the global SAP landscape
2. Design and maintain the SAP BTP target architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture and the global S/4HANA program
3. Establish governance, standards and best practices for development, integration and extension on SAP BTP
4. Enable clean-core principles by implementing side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP services
5. Drive the adoption of key platform capabilities including SAP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build and SAP HANA Cloud
6. Ensure secure and scalable integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using API-based and event-driven architectures
7. Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP teams to identify and evaluate innovative use cases leveraging SAP BTP
8. Support the implementation of digital solutions including automation, data-driven applications and AI-based services
9. Define and implement platform governance covering security, identity management, lifecycle management and compliance
10. Ensure transparency regarding platform usage, service consumption and cost management
11. Collaborate with global development teams and external partners to deliver scalable and sustainable platform solutions
12. Build and support a global SAP BTP community through knowledge sharing, enablement and architecture guidance
Qualifications we are looking for:
13. College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or software engineering or similar
14. Professional experience in SAP architecture, SAP development, integration or cloud platforms
15. Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and its core services
16. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and clean-core extension strategies
17. Experience with integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, APIs and event-based architectures
18. Knowledge of modern development practices including cloud-native architectures, DevOps and CI/CD
19. Experience working in international SAP programs or transformation initiatives
20. Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
21. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
22. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
