About the role
We are seeking a motivated (Junior) Sales Operations Specialist with a solid understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process or initial experience in sales operations using SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for executing key Q2C process steps within the system, monitoring order fulfillment status, and ensuring smooth operational flow. You will also handle customer inquiries and support the preparation of sales documentation.
Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-growing team environment.
Your Responsibilities
 * Execute and monitor fulfillment processes in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
 * Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, providing effective communication and issue resolution
 * Support in contract preparation and negotiation tasks
 * Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily activities
Essential Skills
 * High school diploma or higher education, preferably in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting
 * Up to 3 years of work experience in operations, supply chain, or as a project coordinator/assistant
 * Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
 * Effective communication abilities and a collaborative mindset when working with various stakeholders
 * Native proficiency in German or Mandarin Chinese, with good spoken and written English skills
