Develop and maintain automated reports to track Marketing KPIs:
Performance Marketing Channel: Paid Social, SEM, App, Affiliates etc.
Geo-Lift tests, Channel Incrementality, Brand lift, MMM validation.
A data driven customer lifecycle programme including key drivers of high-value customers
Implement data quality, governance (inc. Be an integral part of the international team and contribute to their growth.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or similar). 7+ years in a data analytics/product analytics role, ideally with a focus on supply chain within an e-commerce or technology company.
~ Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BIm Mixpanel).
~ familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
~ Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights, with a focus on detail, accuracy, and clarity.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
~ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
~ Experience in running Geo-lift tests across Europe
Strong Performance marketing (attribution) + CRM measurement background
Able to translate data analysis into action through storytelling and visualization
Understanding of core marketing metrics and how they interact to deliver profitable growth: Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
