As a Data Analyst you play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed Compliance decisions. You'll collaborate with cross functional teams including IT and business experts to analyze data trends and create reports that empower Compliance to optimize performance and allow Management to take informed decisions. You will also play a key role in the ongoing data transformation by being an ambassador of business acculturation.Exciting tasks await you:Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs and external platforms, perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends and anomaliesReporting and Visualization: Create clear and concise reports, dashboards and visualizations, collaborate with Compliance Management to define KPIs and track performance metricsCompliance Insights: Translate complex data into meaningful compliance insights, conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific compliance questionsData Governance and Management: Implement best practices for data documentation and data quality, monitor data integrity and resolve discrepanciesData Culture: Be an ambassador of the data culture development, actively identify new opportunities for Compliance and 1st level controls teams to leverage BI toolsAnforderungsprofilAnforderungen Successfully completed Master's degree in Business or Engineering2 years of relevant working experience in data and/ or finance, including previous internshipsGood understanding of the banking & finance sectorProficiency in SQL and Power BI (knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis is a plus)Proactive, curious, flexible team player with an international outlookGood communication skills with both business and technical stakeholdersStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsProfessional working proficiency in English and German or English and FrenchAnsprechpartnerHerr Michael Cattarius
