Because the most meaningful journeys last more than a trip, they last a lifetime.The Tax Manager Germany (m/f/d) is in charge of the tax environment and tax declaration of our four German entities.We are looking for someone who likes to work in an international and dynamic environment, with autonomy and agility, is solution oriented, and sees oneself as an expert who is here to enhance the tax compliance awareness, supports the business with their questions and secures the conformity and meeting all deadlines.This position reports to the Head of Finance Germany, is based in Cologne and will be in constant exchange with the group shareholder (LVMH) tax department and the finance project leader.Job responsibilitiesManagement of the following German tax environmentsCorporate tax & CIT; Withholding tax (50a); VAT; support in wage tax treatments if requiredBeing in charge of the application of the tax compliance assessment performed by an external partner and collaborating with business departments involved (HR, finance..) to ensure its correct application.Calculating of the corporate tax of our GMBH for shareholder reportings and preparing the tax proof on actual data and budget exercise.Maintenance of the implemented TP based on prior knowledge on international tax, i.E. transfer pricingBeing the key interlocutor of the tax auditor during tax audits and coordinating data collection for the tax audits.Assessing the withholding tax application on diverse projects working in collaboration with the creative and legal teams.ProfileAt least 5 years of experience in Tax, preferably prior experience as a tax advisor and then in-house counsel.You have already applied for the tax certificate exam in Germany.Solution oriented-mindset and structured working method in order to manage several tasks/subjects at once while meeting strict deadlines.Willingness to take over responsibility and work independently.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders to assess and validate tax treatment on transversal projects.Fluent English and German skills are required.Additional informationWhat you can expect from us30 days paid vacation per yearFlexible working hoursRIMOWA Essential Cabin suitcase as a gift after the probationary periodCorporate benefits and 30% discount on the RIMOWA assortmentCompany pension scheme with a high employer contribution or other capital-forming benefitsGreat canteen with freshly cooked and affordable foodUrban Sports Club membership, public transportation ticket & job bike (partly subsidized)International environment and development opportunities within LVMHBECOME PART OF RIMOWAPlease send us your complete application documents including your salary expectations and details of your possible starting date.We look forward to receiving your application!
