Position Overview
We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Sofia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Details
* Language: Croatian (Native) + English (B2)
* Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
* Work Model: On-site
* Start Date: 2 February 2026
* Working Hours:
o Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 23:00 (shift based)
o Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 (shift based)
* Training:
o 3 weeks training + 1 week nesting (fully paid)
What You Will Do
* Support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
* Build strong knowledge of products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
* Act like a problem-solver—gather information efficiently and deliver clear solutions.
* Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style in every interaction.
* Collaborate with colleagues, share ideas, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
What You Bring
* Native-level Croatian and at least B2 English (spoken & written).
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
* Comfortable using MS Office.
* Organized, precise, and able to multitask independently or within a team.
