As we evolve into a next-generation Managed Services & Platform Company, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Service to lead our international service organization into the future.
Responsibilities
As Head of Service, you will:
* Lead and develop our regional service teams (Germany, Finland, Spain)
* Design and implement scalable service processes, tools, and KPIs
* Drive performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
* Introduce innovation through automation, AI agents, and self-service concepts
* Foster cross-regional collaboration and talent development
* Act as the voice of the customer in our leadership team
* Report directly to the CEO
Requirements For The Role
* Proven leadership experience in Service, Managed Services, or Technical Operations (ideally in an international B2B context)
* Strong strategic thinking and operational drive
* Familiar with service management tools, KPIs, and process frameworks
* Passionate about enabling teams and creating structure in fast-moving environments
* Fluent in English (German, Spanish, or Finnish is a plus)
* A mindset of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement
