Product Designer
to take ownership of the
Time Tracking
product area – from first insights to launch and beyond.
In this role, you'll not only create beautiful and functional user experiences, but also play a key role in shaping the product direction together with our CPO, PMs, and engineering team.
You'll work end-to-end: from talking to users and defining solutions, to delivering high-fidelity designs and supporting the implementation.
Your goal?
Make time tracking in awork so smooth and intuitive that our users will actually enjoy it.

Here's the job:
* Own the end-to-end user experience for the
Time Tracking
product area – from discovery to delivery
* Run lightweight user research to identify pain points and opportunities
* Translate insights into
wireframes, flows
and
Figma
designs using our design system
* Create clear
conceptua
l specs and support during implementation
* Collaborate closely with the PM and engineers to scope, define and validate
product solutions
* Measure
feature adoption
and usability post-launch – and iterate with purpose
Our wish list:
* 3+ years
of proven experience designing
B2B SaaS
products end-to-end.
* Strong skills in
conceptual UX work
– from problem framing and defining solution approaches to creating clear flows and interaction patterns
* Product thinking: ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
* Experience in working side-by-side with developers, ensuring smooth handovers and efficient design-to-dev collaboration.
* Professional level
English (C1)
, written and spoken.

Familiarity with time-tracking, productivity, or project management tools.

Experience working with design systems at scale and using metrics to inform design decisions.
