We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Operations team as an intern. In this role, you will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues and contribute to creating a seamless candidate experience.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in human resources while working with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in panel discussions. Additionally, you will assist in developing and maintaining HR-related forms and templates. If needed, you may also work on HR-related projects and collaborate with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Support HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues, including employment contracts, employee transfers, and remuneration measures.
* Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and participate in panel discussions to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
* Develop and maintain HR-related forms and templates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist in HR-related projects, collaborating with other teams as needed.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preference given to current students).
* Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors being a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Fluency in German and very good English language skills.
