Your responsibilities and tasks:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Administration Team Lead (f/m/d) to oversee and manage our WEMEA and NCE HR Administration operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence across the region, managing a team of 11 HR Administration Specialists, and driving continuous improvements in our processes and customer experience.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on operational expertise with strong leadership skills, ensuring both day-to-day delivery and fostering a strong internal team culture.
Your key responsabilities:
Operational Excellence & Leadership
* Oversee daily service operations for the regional HR Administration delivery team, ensuring timely and effective responses to service requests.
* Act as a people manager: set clear goals and development plans, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
* Provide coaching and technical guidance to team members, strengthening both their HR expertise and soft skills.
* Ensure high service quality standards, monitor performance against KPIs/SLAs, and proactively address deviations.
* Manage team workload and capacity effectively, ensuring resources are allocated optimally.
* Serve as an escalation point for complex cases and collaborate closely with the Global Lead HR Service Delivery.
* Partner with other regional HR Ops Team Leads to ensure consistency and a seamless customer experience.
* Encourage knowledge sharing with Subject Matter Experts to strengthen Tier 2 support capabilities.
Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
* Monitor service levels and drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with defined standards, processes, and tools.
* Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Provide input and drive initiatives on improving the regional service delivery model.
Projects & Strategic Initiatives
* Actively support HR Operations projects and programs, by contributing with regional expertise as well as process expertise
* Initiate and participate in cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and effectiveness across different HR and even non HR Functions.
* Identify and lead internal improvement initiatives within the HR Admin department
Your profile and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/Administration, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
* Proven track record in service delivery management and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and staff development.
* Excellent knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and operational excellence principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with KPIs and SLAs.
* Ability to collaborate across regions and functions in a matrix organization.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems, service management tools, and MS Office Suite.
* Fluent in English
