Digital Customer Interactions & Sales focuses on creating outstanding digital interactions for our customers and enabling digital sales for our business units. This includes responsibility for our group website dhl.com, where we manage content authoring, technical platform development, and constantly evolve the most important customer journeys. We use digital analytics and CX/UX research to continuously enhance our digital offering. With dedicated search engine strategies, we improve the visibility of our brand. In addition, we are responsible for DHL’s customer-facing AI & GEO/AEO readiness.
As a Manager Customer-facing AI with a focus on GEO/AEO, you shape how we in DHL deliver excellence in a digital world. By working on AI solutions that enable our customers to find DHL in AI chatbots, use logistics Agents or other AI-related tools to interact with DHL, you contribute to improving DHL's digital capabilities and our customer experience. You will work closely with other functions, combining expertise of IT, business, and customer/user research and analytics. In this position, you directly contribute to making DHL the first “AI-friendly” logistics company.

What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business Development, Media Management, or similar
* 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant environment (e.g., Search Engine Optimization, Marketing, Project management, Product ownership, etc.)
* First-hand experience in Generative Engine Optimization
* Experience in a multi-national professional environment
* Works independently, ensuring a very good level of accuracy, reliability, and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Ability to critically review timelines, ensure milestone achievements, and reprioritize accordingly while managing stakeholder expectations
* Willingness and openness to learn and ability to very quickly pick up on new developments
* Team player who enjoys working together with stakeholders from all over the DHL group
* Experience in the logistics sector is preferable
* International mindset with excellent communication skills in a global environment
* Fluency in English required, Fluency in German nice to have
