Responsibilities
* Ensure the implementation of new or amended regulatory requirements in line with global quality, release, and licensing processes.
* Define and implement legal performance limits & tire labels (e.g., EU Tire Label).
* Drive continuous improvement of R&D system architecture regarding legal performance limits & tire labels.
* Track and report KPIs regularly and develop action plans based on KPI analyses.
Qualifications
* Academic degree in engineering or a similar scientific field.
* Several years of professional experience in Quality.
* Proficient in standard quality tools (8D, A3, PPAP, FMEA).
* Project management experience, including leading projects or managing challenging work packages.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Strong intercultural skills.
* Experience working in international environments.
