VBS is currently looking for a strategic and collaborative Project Portfolio Manager.
As a Project Portfolio Manager, your main objective is to oversee the company's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, accurate prioritization, and effective governance.
You will play a key role in capturing initiatives across teams, facilitating decision-making, and promoting best practices to enhance overall project delivery and resource allocation.
You will report to the Head of Change Management.

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the project portfolio to ensure alignment with company strategy, accuracy, completeness, and prioritization according to corporate objectives;
2. Liaise with all VBS teams, departments, and Senior Management to capture items for inclusion in the project portfolio;
3. Continuously collect feedback from teams to adapt and improve the framework, processes & tools;
4. Maintain and ensure the application of project portfolio and project management governance;
5. Communicate, train, and coach internal teams on the defined governance, processes & tools;
6. Provide reporting to company management on various components of the project portfolio;
7. Provide staff capacity reporting to support resource allocation by team supervisors/managers;
8. Prepare & steer Portfolio Review Committee & Capacity Planning Committee;
9. Facilitate project portfolio escalation and decision processes;
10. Facilitate coordination and collaboration for change management activities.
To be successful in this role, you need:
Professional experience & technical skills:
11. Minimum of 3 years' experience in PM, Change Management, or Business Transformation. A first relevant experience as PMO is required.
12. Solid knowledge of portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks;
13. Strong analytical skills for prioritization, reporting, and resource allocation;
14. Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar;
15. Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Languages:
16. Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset and German is a nice to have.
