Job description: General Accountabilities
* Develop and strengthen relationships with EASA clients, partner organisations, and National Aviation Authorities (NAAs), while managing the assigned portfolio with a commitment to providing reliable customer service.
* Identify opportunities to enhance relationships and services, and act as a liaison between the account and EASA technical units.
* Understanding the needs and specifies (e.g., their business and goals) of the account
* Proactively gain insight into the account's challenges by planning and conducting meetings, calls, visits to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities, and to understand the account's business and needs
* Collaborate constructively with the EASA internal teams/technical units to ensure smooth service delivery in line with the accounts expectations and EASA's business requirements
* Analyse data and metrics to track status of the account and to identify areas of improvement
Specific Accountabilities In the area of Applicant Relations
* Facilitate the certification of products and organisations by serving as the single point of contact towards a portfolio of applicants or "accounts" (based on similar industry, product or service category), supervising their applications from submission to completion and retaining an overview of all transactions related to these accounts
* Respond to issues/queries raised by your account and proactively manage any issues with detailed direction and timelines and in coordination with the EASA internal parties involved
* Manage the internal communication with the EASA technical teams. Liaise proactvely with the technical units to improve processes and service delivery (e.g., maintenance of aviation product list)
* Manage the administrative processing of Fees & Charges related activities of the Agency related to your accounts, mainly by processing incoming applications, issuing certificates/approvals, ensuring completeness of customer invoicing, and ensuring correctness and completeness of the account master data
* Collaborate with Finance to solve financial open debt cases
* Manage the EASA applicant portal (requests, queries, bug fixing, enabling improvements of the tool)
