Why This Role Matters
As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will independently lead sub‑projects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management, process optimisation, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on improving procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes. Your technical capabilities in ERP and planning systems help elevate upstream supply chain performance.
Your Role at Intersnack
1. Manage sub‑projects within broader transformation initiatives
2. Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners
3. Develop functional specifications, process improvements, and organisational designs
4. Drive ERP‑related improvements in planning, scheduling, MRP, and procurement (MM), including configuration and testing
5. Lead cross‑functional project teams and ensure alignment and adoption of new standards
6. Perform hands‑on validation, testing, data analysis, and issue resolution
7. Expand knowledge into adjacent areas (manufacturing, order‑to‑cash, quality, commercials, finance)
8. Mentor junior team members
Education
9. University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields
Experience
10. Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting
11. Proven ERP configuration experience in planning‑related areas (Supply Planning, Scheduling, MRP, Procurement/MM)
12. Experience managing cross‑functional projects and implementing new processes or IT solutions
13. Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups
Skills
14. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
15. Technical expertise in at least two areas:
Demand Planning, Supply Planning & MRP, Production Scheduling, Workforce Planning, Procurement
16. Additional strengths in project management, change management, stakeholder management
17. Hands‑on mindset for testing, data analysis, and issue resolution
18. Willingness to learn adjacent business areas
19. Clear and effective communication in English
20. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint)
21. Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/week
