Your tasks
9. Performing analyses in accordance with test instructions and applicable pharmacopoeias on raw materials, water samples, semi-finished and finished products and stability samples
10. Coordination and implementation of test equipment monitoring measures in accordance with device SOPs and applicable documents, especially for the test equipment entrusted to him/her
11. Editing and revising laboratory procedures
12. Creating and editing SOPs and test instructions according to instructions
13. Collaboration and support with device qualifications and device repairs, in cooperation with the Expert Analytical Laboratories
14. Collaboration and support in method validations/verifications and development of analytical methods in collaboration with the Expert Analytical Laboratories
15. Assisting with the training and instruction of new laboratory staff in the analytical environment
16. General laboratory activities, such as ordering chemicals, reagents and consumables, disposal of processed samples, sample receipt, sample distribution and preparation of sample-related documents
17. Cleanliness in the laboratory, e.g. rinsing glassware and small parts, cleaning work surfaces and work equipment
Your profile
18. Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician or technical assistant or comparable training or studies
19. Professional experience in an analytical laboratory in a GMP environment (preferably in a pharmaceutical company)
20. Experience in the application of methods such as HPLC, titration, spectrophotometric methods such as UV-VIS and IR, TOC as well as general simple physical analysis systems such as pH meter, density meter
21. Experience in working with MS Office programs, SAP and electronic QM systems (Trackwise, LIMS) as well as network-based applications is an advantage
22. Experience with device-specific software
23. Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
24. Careful way of working and good time management
