We are seeking a proactive and strategic professional to lead change management initiatives within the division, situated in any of the GEA's locations europe-wide. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning. The ideal candidate will also coordinate and monitor training activities to support successful implementation and adoption of changes across the organization.
Your tasks:
* Develop and implement tailored change management plans to support divisional transformation initiatives.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to inform and refine strategies.
* Define and execute communication plans to ensure clarity, transparency, and engagement.
* Coordinate and manage relevant training activities aligned with divisional and global objectives.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to align change efforts and share resources.
* Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and impact.
* Facilitate regular updates and communications to stakeholders at all levels.
* Report on progress, risks, and successes to divisional leadership and program management.
* Coordinate training on a Divisional level.
Your profile and qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communication, or related field.
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
* Experience in large, matrixed, or global organizations preferred.
* Competences in Stakeholder management and Training Coordination
* Communication skills
* German & English speaking is a must
* Willing to travel
