Position Summary: Pediatric Occupational Therapist
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist who loves working with children (ages 2–15) with developmental, emotional, sensory, or motor challenges.
Responsibilities
* Provide individual and group OT sessions tailored to each child’s developmental profile
* Conduct sensory and motor assessments and create individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate closely with parents/caregivers to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
* Participate in regular team case discussions and supervision
* Document treatment sessions and progress reports according to clinic standards
Requirements
* Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
* Eligible to practice as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience with pediatric clients (sensory integration, motor delays, autism spectrum, etc.)
* Familiarity with developmental, relationship-based models (DIR/Floortime or similar) is a plus
* English fluency required;
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
