Description
* Managing the HR team and HR processes, with periodic reporting to management team
* Managing the recruitment process - end to end; conducting induction and on boarding formalities of the new joiners
* Conducting employee engagement activities
* Coordinating training and internal certifications
* Coordinating with seniors and employees for the performance appraisal and evaluation process
* Conducting and coordinating employee satisfaction survey
Desired Skills And Experience
* 3-5 years experience in the field of Human resources
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English
* Good learner and self-starter, and a team player.
* Good management and leadership skills.
* MBA with HR specialization preferred
