To strengthen our service team at our location in Ettlingen or remotely from North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for someone for the position: Field-Serviceengineer (m/w/d) Region Ruhrgebiet
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
1. National Service & Support on-site for FT-IR, NIR- and Raman-Spektroscopy systems as well as other technologies
2. Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
3. Process-Integration pof analytical instruments
4. Network integration of von of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
5. Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
6. If needed: support the remote-solution center
7. If needed: support of in-house repairs
8. If needed: support with Service relevant document generation
9. Frequent travel and overnight stays are required
Qualifikationen
Personality:
10. Customer centralized acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
11. Can-do-attitude!
12. Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards
13. Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
14. Willingness to travel several days per week
Qualifications:
15. Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experiences
16. Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
17. Proven track record in FT-IR, NIR-, Raman-Spectroscopy as wellas remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus
18. Field Service experience
19. Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
