Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in Germany Payroll to provide functional support, system customization, and problem-solving expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Germany's tax and regulatory requirements and hands-on experience with SAP HCM/Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide functional support for SAP HCM and Germany Payroll modules.
2. Configure and customize SAP HCM and payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll objects.
3. Solve complex payroll issues using expert knowledge of SAP application functionality.
4. Ensure compliance with Germany's tax laws and regulatory requirements.
5. Manage interfaces related to T&A, GFO, Benefits Handling, Payroll (Historical/Retroactivity), and Time Management (Positive Time Evaluation).
6. Support SuccessFactors integration, HRSP installation, and year-end payroll activities.
7. Work on HR & Finance integration, including payroll postings, tax reconciliations, and pension contributions.
8. Troubleshoot SAP ECC issues, ensuring smooth payroll processing.
9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve payroll operations.
Required Experience & Skills:
10. -+ years of SAP experience, specifically in SAP HCM/Payroll and Time Management.
11. Strong knowledge of Germany's payroll laws, tax submissions, and regulatory compliance.
12. Expertise in Payroll Processing, Off-cycle Payroll, Payroll Postings, Payslip Generation, and Payroll Year-End Activities.
13. Experience working with Incentives, Bonuses, Pension Contributions, Social Security, Labor Unions, and Garnishments.
14. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integration and EMEA Swift - EY Interface & SWIFT Customization.
15. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure support environment.
16. Familiarity with SAP FI integration and financial postings related to payroll.
17. Proactive approach with the ability to work flexible hours when required.
