🔑 Role Overview
As the International Sales Manager (Life Science), you will:
* Be accountable for driving sales performance across scientific customer segments in a defined international territory
* Act as the primary interface between strategic accounts, distributors, and internal teams
* Lead commercial execution and customer engagement strategies aligned with business goals
* Deliver consistent growth through value-based selling and effective channel management
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, CX, inside sales, and senior commercial leadership
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow key accounts within the life science and laboratory sectors across a range of consumable focused product range
* Identify new opportunities through market research and customer insight
* Develop tailored solutions, lead contract negotiations, and influence pricing strategies
* Align with distribution partners to drive adoption and improve end-user outcomes
* Monitor KPIs and report on commercial activity, market changes, and competitive positioning
* Support marketing and event activities, including industry fairs and partner initiatives
* Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to forecasting and planning processes
Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of commercial experience in life science, scientific, or laboratory sales, ideally in an international capacity
* Experience working with end-users and distribution networks in B2B environments
* Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of margin and pricing structures
* Fluent in German and Communication in English
* Proven ability to work independently, navigate matrix structures, and build strategic partnerships
* Commercially savvy, analytically minded, and solution-oriented
