As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for developing strategic market and partnership initiatives in international, security-critical environments. You connect technical understanding with economic and political acumen, delivering our solutions where they are most urgently needed: in armed forces, security authorities, international organizations, and critical security infrastructures. Advance our business development activities with strategic insight into security and technology policy contexts. Identify business opportunities with armed forces, government agencies, international institutions, and partners and prepare them for the sales process. Identify EU/NATO funding opportunities and calls for proposals and support the formation of consortia with our partners. Collaborate closely with our Sales Team and all Corporate Divisions to translate market opportunities into strategic projects. Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations for executive management regarding corporate development and market positioning. Act as a generator of ideas and support management of marketing and sales activities. Represent infodas at international trade fairs, conferences, and relevant working groups. Provide input into the further development of our portfolio- especially from an international requirements and procurement perspective. Completed degree in Business, Politics, STEM, or a comparable field. Experience in business development, with an existing network and enthusiasm for building new business relationships. Good understanding of IT/cybersecurity topics, ideally with exposure to areas such as Zero Trust, Data Centric Security, or DLP. Solid knowledge of structures and processes within EU and NATO organizations (EDA, NCI Agency, European Commission etc.). Professional demeanor in security-policy contexts, strong communication skills, and a sales-oriented mindset. Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; French and German are assets. Willingness to undertake business travel within Germany and throughout Europe.
