What you do with us - your role as an IT system administrator (all people)

What you can expect
* You are the first point of contact for first-level support for software (Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, iOS and our IT landscape) and hardware (firewall, Microsoft Surface, MacBooks, iPhones)
* You will be responsible for maintaining and managing our IT equipment in day-to-day operations
* You look after our domain and server infrastructure and administer MicrosoftAzure
* You ensure the stable operation of our company network and the IP telephone system
* You provide IT training for our colleagues
* You will be responsible for the installation, further development and documentation of our entire IT landscape
* You provide support through targeted data analyses and thus contribute to well-founded decisions
What you bring to the table
* Successfully completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as a business IT specialist (all people), IT specialist (all people) for system integration, IT clerk (all people), IT technician (all people) or IT systems clerk (all people)
* Experience in the areas of Microsoft 365, virtualization, Windows Remote Desktop Services, PowerShell and web server administration
* The ability to design and implement concepts for the further development of our IT landscape - with a particular focus on AI and automation
* An interest in and understanding of IT security in order to protect our systems in the long term
* Passion for technology and data processing and enjoy learning and trying out new things
* Team spirit, initiative and a pronounced willingness to learn - also in the self-taught area
* A structured, goal-oriented way of working and an open mindset for innovation
This is still an advantage
* A trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO)
* Knowledge of Linux systems
* Experience with Power BI and data visualization
* Practice in automation platforms, such as n8n, make.com or comparable tools
* Know-how in mobile device management (MDM), ideally with Microsoft Intune
