Your Tasks: You will identify training needs within the global sales team and develop training and knowledge materials in collaboration with our Academy. You will coordinate training activities and take responsibility for the administration of our sales knowledge management tools. You will assist in the analysis, visualisation and optimisation of existing sales processes to create a harmonised, global sales process landscape. You will evaluate how sales processes can be optimally mapped and optimised using our genesisWorld CRM system. You will participate in internal strategic and cross-departmental projects. Your Skills: You have a degree, e.g. in business administration, or a comparable qualification, ideally with initial professional experience in process or knowledge management. You show a high degree of initiative, drive projects forward in a goal-oriented manner and enjoy varied project-based work with a strategic focus. You are willing to familiarise yourself intensively with the genesisWorld CRM system and think in a solution-oriented manner within the structures and processes of the system. You have the ability to design creative and appealing knowledge materials and have comprehensive knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint. With your very good English skills and communication skills, you are confident in an international context.
