We are looking to hire a Graduate Technical Support Engineer for a company currently experiencing significant growth. These positions are initially offered as 6-month contracts with the potential for extension. You will gain expertise in helpdesk management and systems administration.
Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
* An interest in learning ticket-based workflow management tools like Jira Service Desk.
* Strong English communication skills and a customer service mindset.
* Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks.
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* A degree in computer science
Role Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
* Maintain and optimize IT systems and end-user devices (EUDs) to ensure peak performance and functionality.
* Administer and manage SaaS solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless operation by provisioning and deprovisioning user access across various systems and applications.
* Provide 1st level user support, promptly resolving technical issues.
* Lead end-to-end project implementations that enhance IT processes and tools, driving efficiency and productivity.
