Job Overview
As a key support professional, this role requires the provision of comprehensive administrative assistance to lawyers in managing their daily operational tasks.
* Coordinate the tracking and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents and parcels.
* Act as a liaison between internal teams, global clients, and local service providers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Manage meeting scheduling and organization, guaranteeing efficient calendar coordination and minimizing downtime.
* Coordinate business travel arrangements, handle expense reports, and provide administrative support for related initiatives.
* Support the execution and follow-up of business development initiatives led by the legal team, fostering growth and success.
* Assist with client onboarding procedures, contribute to invoicing processes, and maintain accurate records.
* Monitor and manage office supplies and consumables, including inventory tracking, ordering, and receiving.
Candidate Profile
Prior experience as a team assistant or executive secretary in an international setting, preferably within a legal environment, is highly valued.
* Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential, while proficiency in English is also required; knowledge of French is advantageous.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting confidently across all levels.
* A solid command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is expected.
