Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Act as a strategic partner to the GEA Farm Technologies Division Board, shaping key decisions and driving high‑impact initiatives
2. Lead and manage strategic projects end‑to‑end — from initial concept to full implementation — with ownership for timelines, budgets, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
3. Drive cross‑functional projects across critical business areas including route‑to‑market, supply chain, production, digitalization, and sustainability
4. Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Service, M&A, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technologies & Innovation, Digital Services & Solutions, and HR, engaging diverse stakeholders from local to global level
5. Work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating board priorities into actionable programs and delivering tangible business results
6. Provide the Division Board with data‑driven insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance, acting as a trusted advisor
7. Navigate complex environments with an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to multifaceted initiatives
8. Build strong relationships across the organization and help shape the future of modern dairy farming through impactful, sustainable solutions
Your Profile / Qualifications
Must‑have
9. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
10. 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting, strategy, or a comparable industrial environment
11. Proven ability to lead and deliver complex international projects in a technical or fast‑paced setting
12. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure complexity
13. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills across all hierarchy levels
14. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and influence without authority
15. High affinity for technical processes, digital tools, and data‑driven decision‑making
16. Fluency in English and German
17. Willingness to travel internationally
Nice‑to‑have
18. Experience in industrial machinery, engineering-driven businesses, or agricultural technology
19. Prior exposure to topics such as strategy development, digitalization, sales development, supply chain, production, or route‑to‑market strategies
20. Experience working with C‑level or Board-level stakeholders
21. Experience in transformation programs, PMO work, or strategic initiative management
22. Understanding of intercultural collaboration across global teams
23. Familiarity with modern project management tools and digital collaboration platforms
