Formulate and implement the annual business plan of the factory to ensure the completion of various indicators assigned by the group company. Production Management and Quality Control. Develop and implement production management systems and processes to improve production efficiency and product quality. Promote lean production management, optimize production processes, and reduce production costs. Responsible for the building and management of the production team to enhance employee motivation and work efficiency; Cost Control and Resource Management. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of factory equipment to ensure its normal operation. Coordinate the working relationships among various departments to ensure the smooth progress of production. Handle the factory's external public relations affairs and establish a good corporate image. Organize and supervise the execution of the production plan to ensure that production tasks are delivery processes to ensure the effective operation of the supply chain system completed on time and meet the order delivery requirements. Manage the factory's supply chain, design and improve the procurement, warehouse, distribution and Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with safety, environmental protection and quality standards, and promptly address issues arising during production.
