Why This Role Matters
As Specialist Supply Chain Retread, you will ensure best-in-class retread service solutions for dealers and end customers by actively supporting all regional and local retread business activities. You will serve as an interface between multiple stakeholders and play a key role in process improvement and reporting excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Organize and monitor casing collection and shipment.
* Execute supply planning activities, including inventory optimization, product deployment, and order management.
* Proactively follow up on customer casings and retread orders.
* Act as Business Process Expert (BPX) for retread business processes: Ensure compliance with governance models, validate, test, and document process changes, facilitate knowledge transfer and organize training sessions.
* Lead reporting and analytics for retread operations: Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and train team members.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process workshops.
* Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to documentation and collaboration tools.
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience.
* Strong technical skills: MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau; familiarity with SAP and Cognos is a plus.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written); French or other European languages are an asset.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
* Ability to work in an international environment and drive change.
* Experience in process improvement and reporting is highly desirable.
