We are seeking a skilled HRIS and Data Management Professional to join our Group Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our HR information systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and operate HR information systems to ensure data security and integrity.
* Manage user incidents and change requests related to HRIS systems and their interface with third-party systems.
* Support HR units in digitalizing their processes.
* Maintain user permissions in HRIS systems.
* Perform technological watch in the field of HRIS.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, drive system planning, development, testing, and implementation.
* Ensure seamless system upgrades, provide training, and technical support.
* Oversee all projects within the HR department.
* Collaborate with HR units to ensure internal processes (procurement, etc.) are functioning smoothly.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
* Strong team player with ability to work independently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of confidentiality.
* Proficiency in IT tools and systems.
* Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
