What you can expect:
7. You identify, acquire, and manage relationships with strategic EU partners (SaaS, ERP, Tech), acting as the central point of contact for the partner network. Regular check-ins, joint planning, and performance reviews are part of your daily routine.
8. You coordinate the lead pipeline between our Business Development team and the partners (leads that they send us, but also referrals that we send them)
9. Support our global marketing team in implementing its strategies in the EU market. You will actively participate in our European digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn), but also in our content marketing strategy.
10. You will build strategic relationships, manage stakeholders professionally (ROI and KPI monitoring, data-driven decisions), and work closely with other teams in international structures.
11. You will support participation in trade fairs, conferences, and partner events in Europe, from planning to on-site implementation.
What you have to offer:
12. You enjoy remote work and are willing to travel occasionally within Europe to visit partners, attend events, or visit Bergen Logistics locations.
13. You have 1-3 years of professional experience in partnerships, marketing, growth, or business development.
14. Ideally, you have experience in logistics and/or knowledge of e-commerce, SaaS, or technology ecosystems.
15. You have a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, especially digital performance metrics and campaign ROI.
16. You are fluent in spoken and written English.
17. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort in a dynamic remote environment characterize you.
18. Commercial thinking, a results-oriented mindset, reliable project coordination, operational implementation, and data-driven decision-making including meaningful reporting define you.
