Your QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, SCOR, or BABOK are highly desirableProven success in implementing process frameworks in medium to large organizations. Solid experience in process design, analysis, documentation, and transformation within operations or supply chain environmentsStrong analytical and systems thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global context. Self-starter with emotional intelligence and a pragmatic approach to changeFluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. SAP, Kinexis Maestro) and demand planning processes, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
