Job Description
As a Senior Manager in Enterprise SaaS Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on owning top-tier FSI industry accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
* Own Adobe's top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention.
* Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities.
* Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy.
* Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management.
* Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives.
Requirements
* 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles).
* 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales (software + services a plus).
* Proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI.
* Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
* Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
