Job Role:
* Provide exceptional client service as a senior accountant, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries to establish and manage alternative investment funds.
* Oversee daily fund operations, maintain relationships with third-party investors and managers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage fund accounts, prepare periodic reports, and coordinate audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
* Calculate net asset values, review year-end financial statements, and oversee investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital calls, and distributions.
* Organize board meetings, shareholders' meetings, and other important events to foster collaboration and strategic decision-making.
* Maintain tax compliance, communicate with tax authorities, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
* University degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
* 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.
* Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of French or German considered an asset.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
