Your tasks Drive end-to-end integration and testing of electrical and electronic (E/E) hardware and embedded software representing the Body and Infotainment domain Plan, coordinate, and track sample maturity and software releases, including flashing and configuration for HIL test benches, rigs, and prototype vehicles Perform systematic root cause analysis with a strong hands-on mindset, identifying faults across hardware, software, and network layers Drive problem resolution and escalation management, moderating at the interface between component/system owners and internal stakeholders Ensure transparent reporting of integration status, risks, and mitigation measures to system owners and foster continuous optimization Your profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline 3 years of experience in automotive E/E system integration covering ECUs, in-vehicle networks, and embedded software Hands-on expertise with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS diagnostics, and the Vector toolchain (e.g., CANoe/CANalyzer, vFlash) Strong fault isolation and debugging skills using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, protocol tracing, log correlation, and HW/SW boundary debugging Proven experience in structured problem and resolution management within complex, cross-domain environments About us HOLON is one of the first vehicle manufacturers for autonomous movers with the standards and scaling potential that we know from the automotive industry. It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers. The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
