Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives. Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Implementation of Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters) Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios Aligns with other functions e.g., Campaigns & Promotions, CRM, Own Brand Food acceleration, and others within the company.
