Your Responsibilities:
1. Planning and maintenance of a digital tool for individual product configuration
2. Reviewing change requests and preparing corresponding proposals
3. Managing open tasks, prioritizing them, and developing suitable solutions
4. Ensuring complete technical and content documentation
5. Monitoring project costs and identifying deviations at an early stage
6. Conducting regular functional tests to ensure quality and reliability
7. Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals and track KPIs
8. Compliance with and further development of defined quality standards
9. Ensuring data protection and data security in accordance with applicable regulations
Our Requirements:
10. Completed studies in business, engineering, or IT; a master’s degree is a plus
11. Initial professional experience with ERP systems and project work, ideally in a mid-sized manufacturing company
12. Knowledge in product variants or configuration models (e.g., in SAP) is desirable
13. Understanding of product structures and manufacturing processes
14. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
15. Willingness for continuous professional development
16. Willingness to travel up to approx. 20%
