In the sub-project A04: „ Novel diagnostic, therapeutic and monitoring options in congenital adrenal hyperplasia “ we will use novel mouse models for a better understanding of pathophysiological mechanisms in congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) and to develop new therapeutic options for the disorder. In this project we will investigate the fertility disturbances and the immunophenotype of the CAH mouse models.
