As our Senior Media Manager, you will spearhead high-impact brand campaigns across TV, Streaming, OOH, Radio, and digital platforms like YouTube. You will leverage your strategic acumen and analytical prowess to craft data-driven strategies that attract high-quality customers and elevate brand awareness for our consumer-facing products.
Your new Role
* Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.de across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels, including Streaming platforms and YouTube.
* Develop and implement cutting-edge measurement and attribution frameworks to maximize the effectiveness of both offline and online marketing initiatives.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance by integrating KPIs with core business data, identifying strategic growth opportunities using advanced analytics tools.
* Oversee strategic budget management and allocation across channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and sustainable brand growth.
* Build and present compelling, data-backed business cases for brand initiatives, while cultivating strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders.
* Lead negotiations for TV pricing and manage high-level relationships with agencies to ensure optimal value and successful campaign delivery.
* Collaborate with creative and production teams, utilizing data-driven insights to inspire innovative and impactful campaign concepts.
* Identify, evaluate, and scale new offline and online channels to drive continuous growth and competitive advantage for both brands.
Your Skills
* 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling complex online and offline marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
* Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or BigQuery as a strong advantage.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with a keen attention to detail and a structured mindset for managing multiple high-stakes projects and campaigns.
* Extensive experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships at a senior level.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential.
* Expertise in programmatic media buying and shaping creative strategy and direction is highly desirable.
* Fluency in an additional European language—especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese—is a significant asset.
* High motivation, adaptability, and a commitment to challenging the status quo and driving innovation.
